Dolmenwood Unboxing (Finally!)
Oh My! I’ve been waiting so long (if ya know, ya know) I almost forgot why I was so excited for this!

Totally pumped to finally get my hands on this gigundous box of Old School creative genius from Gavin Norman and Necrotic Gnome. I should have received it days ago, but I failed to update my shipping address properly after we moved last year. Apparently, locked orders on Backerkit won't always update when you change your profile settings - this is the only order that didn't seem to and it was so far back in the history I didn't think to check. I realized my mistake only after I saw the address in the delivery notice! Luckily, I have awesome neighbors back at the old place and they were able to scoop it up and forward it. $30 oops in additional shipping...

As always, anything shipped or fulfilled through Exalted Funeral is very well packed and protected. No damage to any items even after the double long journey.

First out of the box is this very nice dice bag. Solid construction and attractive embroidery. Seems almost like it is made out of oilskin (treated canvas) and might be waterproof. Why it needs to be waterproof I'm not sure, but it is a nice touch.

Next is the cloth referee map. Really lovely, soft and silky. Standard card deck for reference.

Ahh, the adventure modules. Now I have two copies of Winter's Daughter but not a terrible problem to have! All the usual size and quality you expect from NG/OSE and EF.

Now a quick look at the core books. I am including a random page from each as an example the content and quality. Really impressive!

...And All The Stuff™

I guess I didn't back for all the minis and other nicknacks. Which is fine because I don't use them anyway.
I have a couple of games going already (Twilight:2000 and Blade Runner) but it is so very tempting to bring this to the table. I have a feeling my group may want to return to a fantasy world and game in the future. This bad mambajamba is rocketing to the top of the "To Play" list - but will probably need to win a death-match with The One Ring to be first...
If you missed the Kickstarter back in olden days (the Before Times...The Long, Long Ago..) you can find the stuff here (and preorder books from Exalted Funeral):
